By using PixroPrint.com, you agree to our terms, policies, and any future updates. We may change these terms anytime without notice.
2. Governing Law
All services follow the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu.
3. Orders & Pricing
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revise any order or pricing without prior notice.
4. Returns & Replacements
Since our products are custom-made, returns are not accepted once printed or shipped.
Report defects or errors within 2 business days in writing.
If approved, we’ll issue a free reprint after the return.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Payments
If payment fails, a 2% monthly fee applies. Any legal or recovery fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Warranty
We only reprint items if there’s a print error. No financial refunds are offered.
8. Shipping
All items are shipped from Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu (F.O.B. Mayiladuthurai). We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage during transit.
9. Liability
PixroPrint is not liable for indirect damages or content-related legal issues. You’re responsible for submitted designs/content.
10. Communication
We may contact you via email or through the website. You may opt out of marketing messages anytime.
